2Touch is one of the UK’s leading outsourcing providers specialising in fully integrated contact centre, response handling and fulfilment services.The core of 2Touch is our purpose-built contact centre and fulfilment facility at Doxford Technology Park in Sunderland. We employ almost 1,000 staff, dealing with a wide range of communication activities from inbound customer relationship management and advice lines, to outbound sales and research activity.
