Accreditations and Authorisations
We are active member of the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) which ensures that our processes and procedures are fully compliant with the DM code of practice and protect consumers from becoming victims of inappropriate or unethical behaviour. Conforming to Pan-European legislation within the direct marketing industry is also critical to our business which is why we are also members of the Federation of European Direct and Interactive Marketing which is dedicated to building the business of cross-border direct marketing.
We are authorised by the Financial Services Authority under part IV of the FSMA which enables us to undertake regulated mortgage, investment and general insurance business on behalf of our clients. 2Touch is dedicated to aligning itself with the FSA Handbook’s principle of ‘Treating Customers Fairly’.
In addition, 2Touch has been accredited with the ISO 9001:2000 quality standard since 1993 and in 2010 we achieved ISO 9001:2008 standard.
